We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Australia and New Zealand
No customs duties or import fees apply. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Estimated delivery times via Australia Post:
- Australia: 2 to 8 business days
- New Zealand: 6 to 10 business days
United States
Shipping is free on all US orders. US customs law requires import duties to be paid on international goods entering the United States. Rather than have these show up as a surprise charge at your door, we calculate and collect them at checkout as a separate line item before you complete your purchase.
The duty amount is based on the product value of your order at the current US tariff rate for protective apparel. It goes directly to US Customs — we don't mark it up.

Rest of World
Shipping is free to all other international destinations. Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

- UK and Europe: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
All Orders
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday, excluding Brisbane public holidays. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification by email.
