EXCHANGES

We will happily issue exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date subject to stock availability. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, including your name, order number, which products you’d like to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

 

Postage costs associated with any return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Please consider using a tracking service in order to guarantee the return of your item to us as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and if approved, your exchange will be processed.

 

REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we will not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice after an order has been processed.

 

We will refund you fully if you cancel your order before we ship it, as long as you notify us before we start processing your order (before we start picking, packing and shipping your order). Once we have started processing your order, we cannot offer you a refund, unless we choose to do so at our discretion.
