Don & Stav began with two friends, Niall Donaghy and Tim Stavrinou, who shared a passion for motorbikes and over time agreed that they couldn’t find protective jeans that matched what they were looking for.

At the time, the options available didn't feel subtle or fitted enough to meet current styles and blend in to everyday life that came with riding bikes; commuting and being at work, grabbing a coffee, or out to meet friends.  

After trying different brands and options, we kept ending up back in regular denim jeans or chinos, even though we knew we should be wearing proper gear.

We felt we could do better so we decided to make our own and do it right. That resulted in years of extensive research and development to ensure our jeans performed among the best in the world as well as ensuring the fit and comfort would make them a favourite for riders all around the world.
